Description
The Ford Mustang is an iconic American car. Ford received 22,000 orders for Mustangs within a day of its release. By the end of 1967, more than one million Mustangs had been sold at a launch price of $2,358. Donald N. Frey, who created the Mustang I, pitched the idea to Henry Ford II four times but it was rejected each time. The Mustang emblem, designed by Fritz Mayhew, runs towards the passenger side of the vehicle on the grille. It always runs towards the front on the flanks of a vehicle.
