Queen duvet cover (88" x 88") featuring the image "Sunflower" by Jenny Revitz Soper. Our soft microfiber duvet covers are hand sewn and include a hidden zipper for easy washing and assembly. Your selected image is printed on the top surface with a soft white surface underneath. All duvet covers are machine washable with cold water and a mild detergent.

According to Greek legend, there was a nymph named Clytie who was in love with the Sun God, Helios. But Helios rejected her for another lover, leading to Clytie's death due to heartbreak. As a result, she was transformed into a sunflower and was destined to live alone. Interestingly, the head of the sunflower follows the course of the sun as it moves through the sky, thus adopting an aspect of Clytie's personality - the inability to let go of emotions.
Moreover, the seed head of the sunflower is a fascinating example of the golden spiral, which occurs naturally and is considered a fundamental symbol in sacred geometry.
