For those struggling to overcome an addiction, no one needs to tell you it's tough... you're living it. Sometimes you could use a few encouraging words to remind you that you're not in this alone and that, yes, change really is possible.

Recovery is a complex and dynamic process encompassing all the positive benefits to physical, mental and social health that can happen when people with an addiction, or their family members, get the help they need. It is a process of change through which an individual achieves abstinence and improved health, wellness and quality of life. The end result is spiritual as well as physical.
I've returned to my roots in Kansas after spending 45 years in Los Angeles. My passion for photography has always been an essential part of me, and I never leave home without my camera. I strive to capture the extraordinary in the ordinary, using clever juxtapositions, contradictions, bursts of color, and touches of whimsy. My photography is a true expression of how I perceive the world, staying authentic and genuine to myself.
