For those struggling to overcome an addiction, no one needs to tell you it's tough... you're living it. Sometimes you could use a few encouraging words to remind you that you're not in this alone and that, yes, change is possible.
Check out my recovery gallery with art and words of encouragement and praise for those recovering from alcoholism or drug addiction and their family members that can be turned into wall art, greeting cards, t-shirts, posters, and mugs. Sort of a 'Get well/Thinking of you/ Congratulations' mix.
Recovery is a complex and dynamic process encompassing all the positive benefits to physical, mental, and social health that can happen when people with an addiction, or their family members, get the help they need. It is a process of change through which an individual achieves abstinence and improved health, wellness, and quality of life. The result is spiritual as well as physical.
